Co. Laois VEC has a long history and tradition in the provision of adult education programmes. Our Adult Education Service strives continually to both develop and provide a wide range of quality learning opportunities for adults throughout Laois.
The aim of the service is to encourage, enable and support adults who wish to return to education to avail of the educational opportunities that best suit their needs. We work continuously to modify and up-date our programmes, our services and our approach, to ensure that the learning opportunities we offer are of a high-quality, are easily accessible and are relevant to the ever-changing personal, social and employment needs of adult learners in Laois.
Programmes are provided at centres throughout the county and have been developed in co-operation with a wide range of partners. |
